I participated at Roja Art Lab 2018 in Latvia, where I experimented with clay to create Cyborg Goddess #5, a location specific sculpture.
The project itself is a very first step into a long-term project where I investigate about deeply rooted traditions in relation with history telling and forgotten stories and what are the leftovers in shape of rules, symbols or behaviors.
For this i humorously propose a series of goddesses, that take ancient regional values and myths and combine with contemporary and futuristic symbols and techniques. I call them Cyber Goddess. Half human, half machine…
